if this letter reaches you then circumstances may have occurred, which prevents the author to bring the underlying occurrences to the attention of the world public opinion. Now the author hopes that journalists with ethical/moral claim take a look at the backgrounds of the underlying occurrences and promote the awareness of the international community in the sense of the author, since he seemingly is no longer in the position of acting for himself.

The author has published online documentation in the Internet about occurrences, which he cannot bring in compliance to his understanding of rule of law, constitutional and human rights. For this reason, the author has based on Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as Article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights and Article 5 of the German Basic Law himself committed of objectively documenting those occurrences in the Internet in order to bring them in knowledge of world public.

The author had assumed, that the fundamental right of freedom of expression also within Germany will regarded as the fundamental rights which has been proclaimed as a result of historical occurrences of the 20th century with the claim that it should never happen again. According to his maxim of conscience can only public documentation ensure to prevent negative developments. Any non-compliance with this principle, can lead to a possibly renewed inevitable ominous development, as we should have learned from our history.

Apparently in Germany it is one opinion that the human right of freedom of expression is only a hypothetical request but not a claim of the reality although the historical facts without any doubts proving that the catastrophic occurrences of the 20th century must be attributed to the unreflected behavior by authorities, organizations, institutions and companies in combination with disregarding of fundamental human rights.

After his publishing were parts of the documentation of the author blocked by the false accusations of alleged copyright infringement. As well the accessibility of parts of the documentation was undermined by page deletions. By the false accusation, that the author would distribute emails with malicious content (viruses), were tried to bring the author in closed psychiatric establishments. Since publishing of the documentation, the author is exposed by an enormous amount of mails with malicious content (viruses and trojans) and attacks of hackers against his systems.

In the hope that journalists might responding to this occurrences caused the author to publishing the following references to his documentaries since it seems that he has lost the ability of demand the accountability regarding their behavior from responsible persons, institutions and companies.

It is without any questions that those whose supporting opinion suppression today will also support tomorrow the burning of books and possibly supporting the day after tomorrow the burning of people.
