Contrary to
the specification of the basic law, in this country the above
mentioned fact will be ostentatiously hidden and negated and
replaced instead by alleged personality rights.
There is no
question that underlying cases a disregard of human dignity has
been documented, and thus a violation of the highest German law
regulation which cannot be relativized or restricted by any
fictional other law regulations. According to Article 1 of the
Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, the dignity of
man is inviolable. This primacy of an ethical conception of
laws have to subordinate all other law regulations since
otherwise a further ominous history repeating would be almost
inevitable.
To prevent
such occurrences the world community has once, after the monstrous
experience of the 20th century, the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights, the European
Convention of Human Rights as well as the Basic Law of the
Federal Republic of Germany proclaimed, where Article
19 of UDHR, Article 10 of ECHR and Article
5 of the German GG represents the essential determination to
prevent a reincarnation of those abuses.
Due to this
facts and his postulate of a perception of responsibility,
the author of the documentation will not waiver on the fundamental
human right of freedom of expression.
